Agreement and eligibility

These Terms are an agreement between you and North Media LLC, the operator of Yapping College. To enroll, you must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. Purchase is available only after acceptance into Yapping College. Applying is free and creates no obligation to enroll.

The program

Yapping College is a six-week live educational/coaching cohort with live sessions, recordings, exercises and resources, feedback, and community access as described on the current sales page. North Media LLC may reasonably change schedule or instructor details without materially reducing the program.

Payment authorization

The program price is $997 USD paid once or two payments of $547 USD. Choosing two payments of $547 USD commits you to both payments. The first installment is charged at enrollment. By choosing the two-payment option, you authorize Stripe to charge the saved payment method for the second installment one month later. The second payment is charged automatically to the payment method on file one month after the first payment. Withdrawing or stopping participation does not cancel the second payment. You remain responsible for both installments even after withdrawal or non-participation. Access may be suspended for overdue amounts.

Delivery

After Stripe records a successful payment, accepted students receive onboarding and access instructions by email. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking your spam or junk folders.

Refunds and cancellations

Your enrollment is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Participation and conduct

Participate respectfully. Harassment, disruption, unauthorized solicitation, unlawful activity, credential sharing, and redistribution of private community content are not allowed. North Media LLC may remove access for a material breach without erasing valid payment obligations.

Materials and recordings

North Media LLC retains its rights in the program materials. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own participation and learning. Live sessions may be recorded for access by enrolled students. You must not record or redistribute sessions without written permission.

Third-party services

Stripe, Tally, community, video, email, and other service providers have their own terms and availability. North Media LLC is not responsible for outages outside its reasonable control.

No guaranteed business result

Education and coaching do not promise income, deals, clients, follower counts, views, roster placement, or any other specific result. Your effort, market conditions, and implementation affect your outcomes.

Stay Until It Pays

The Stay Until It Pays Guarantee is additional coaching and access to future cohorts for students who satisfy its eligibility requirements. Eligibility requires attending live or watching at least 90% of sessions and submitting required workshop submissions on time. If an eligible student has not earned the $997 USD program price back through UGC deals by the end of week six, the benefit is continued access to future Yapping College cohorts at no additional program tuition until they do. It is not a cash refund. It is not a cash-back guarantee and does not cancel either installment. It does not waive any outstanding installment obligation.

Program changes or cancellation

North Media LLC may reschedule sessions or make reasonable delivery changes. If North Media LLC cancels the entire cohort and neither reschedules it nor provides a substantially equivalent program, it returns the affected program payments.

Disclaimers and liability

The program and related services are provided as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent monetary liability can legally be limited, North Media LLC's total monetary liability for a claim arising from the program is capped at the amount the claimant paid for the program.

Disputes and governing law

Contact raza@yappingcollege.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Texas law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory protections that apply based on your location. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. These Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the program and enrollment terms presented at purchase form the entire agreement concerning your enrollment.

Changes and contact

Revised Terms apply prospectively. Material enrollment terms you accepted at purchase will not be changed retroactively. Questions about these Terms can be sent to raza@yappingcollege.com.
