Master Yapping UGC, a talking-head storytelling style that brands pay a premium for. This program is built for creators who’ve landed at least one deal and want to turn their one-off gigs into predictable retainers.

I know because I’ve been on the brand side of the table and made that call. Out of the 200+ creators I’ve hired, there are plenty I never re-hired, even when their videos were fine.
Why? If you’re using the same hook, the same text on screen, and the same shocked face product demo as every other creator, why on earth would a brand come back to you specifically and pay you more? It’s like trying to sell bottled water at airport prices ($7) while someone sells jugs of it for $0.99 right next to you.
Truth is, if another creator can make almost the same video as you for less, you are replaceable, and a brand has no incentive to renew your deal. And it’s getting worse. Basic text-on-screen, slideshows, and day-in-the-life UGC videos are the exact formats AI tools are learning to pump out at a fraction of the cost.
Becoming harder to replace will.

“Before starting with Raza, I only did videos with on-screen text. He taught me how to do talking-head videos, and that’s really what I do now.”
Yapping ridiculously well is a learnable skill.
Yapping is when you tell stories on camera like you’re on FaceTime with a friend. Yapping UGC is when you naturally weave a brand or app into that story in a way that drives downloads and sign-ups for their product.
This style is easy to understand when you see it, but hard to master if you don’t know what to work on. Things like story structure, tone, body language, micro-expressions can be the difference between a video that gets thousands of downloads and gets you paid, and one that gets your contract cut the following month.
Viewers love these videos because it feels like they’re listening to a friend gossip or drop some tea over FaceTime. They’re also way more likely to act on your recommendation because of that dynamic. That’s why brands pay a premium for this content style, because it does not look or feel like another boring ad on the fyp.
Yapping authentically gives you the highest leverage in the UGC marketplace. You become virtually irreplaceable to brands relying on human trust because no one can be you.
One of the core elements is something I call the Sandwich Method: hiding the brand’s pitch inside a story people actually want to finish.
Here's what happened when Chaise used the Sandwich Method:

Once you learn how to yap your ass off in a way that drives sales and sign-ups, you dramatically flip the dynamic between you and brands.
Your inbox quickly fills up with brands begging to work with you directly, and you stop relying on saturated UGC marketplaces for low-ball offers. Why? Because once brands see your content driving results, keeping you on a retainer becomes their #1 priority.
Trust me, I’ve sat on both sides of the table. And as a UGC creator, taking home a teacher’s yearly salary in a single month just for talking to a camera felt illegal.
But when I started managing brand budgets, I realized why they pay so much. Brands are desperate for yapping creators who can consistently turn attention into revenue. But those creators are ridiculously hard to find.
So when a brand does find a Yapping creator who converts, they don't risk losing you. They pay you whatever you want to keep you locked in and happy.
Because there is only one of you.
And thousands of brands.
So what's the catch? Having an engaging story in your head and telling it on camera in a way that actually drives signups and downloads are two completely different skills.
To pull it off, you need the right storytelling frameworks, connections with brands actively paying creators, and a support system to make it through cringe hell without quitting.
I started content off as a street interviewer. Over the years, I interviewed more than 10,000 strangers and went viral over and over again.

On the street, you get milliseconds to earn someone’s attention, gain their trust, and create a comfortable enough environment to capture a viral soundbite. If your voice cracks, your micro-expressions look “too needy,” or you give off even the slightest stress signal, people will laugh at you, mock you, and walk off. There are no second chances.
The good news is, I learned to survive and thrive in that environment. So yapping to a camera in the comfort of my home felt like playing on easy mode with unlimited chances.
I practiced until I went from the interviewer hoping a stranger would give me a viral soundbite, to creating the viral soundbite myself.
But once this clicked, I started second-guessing it. This is actually really easy, I thought. So why isn't everyone doing this? And why are brands paying me so much for such an easy format?
Then it dawned on me. Filming and editing was easy, anyone could do it. But the real price of entry was having the courage to be yourself on camera, because that's what gives you a unique POV and actually holds people's attention.
This requires pushing through the initial 'cringe' phase, and the vast majority of people, including other creators, are simply too scared to pay that price.
(Side note: that’s a big reason why I built this program. I had to brute-force that phase alone, but having a support system makes it 1,000% easier).
Once I realized that supply and demand was in my favor, I leaned hard into UGC and taught myself how to contact my dream brands consistently, package premium retainers, and maximize my hourly rate.
That skill earned me the $30,000 month you saw at the top of this page, filming a month’s worth of videos for 4 brands in 3 hours. It was glorious.

While the content meta might have shifted from street interviews to yapping on camera, the core skill never changed: knowing how to hold a stranger's attention. Once you can keep people watching just by speaking, naturally weaving a brand into your story is easy. From there, you just package this skill into an offer brands will happily pay a premium for.
Over the last few years, I’ve equipped big and small creators alike with these same yapping techniques to land lucrative UGC deals with brands and boost their creator careers.

Times converted from Central Time to America/Chicago.
Tuesdays · 12:00 PM CDT
Thursdays · 12:00 PM CDT
Start with a hands-on 7-Day Yap Sprint to obliterate any nerves or “cringe” you feel about talking to the camera. You’ll learn the camera warm-up tricks that my creator friends and I use and the exact smartphone-only setup you need to start filming.
You’ll master the “Cozy Yapper” style so you don’t have to be loud, fake, or even post on your own account to make high-converting yapping videos. By the end of week one, you’ll have a repeatable yapping setup, your first brand-ready yapping video, and feel completely unbothered about talking on camera.
What you walk away with:Your first brand-ready yapping video and a dialed-in, repeatable camera setup.
Stop reading your script like a robot. I know, some of these brands and apps are boring af. Luckily, you’ll learn to take the driest brands or app features and engineer them into stories viewers are dying to finish.
By mastering my Sandwich Method and bullet-scripting, you’ll learn to hide the brand’s pitch inside a narrative, drop the influencer hype voice (“HEY GUYS WELCOME BACK TO MY CHANNEL”), and sound completely off-the-cuff. Like a darn natural. You’ll leave this week with a story bank full of your own anecdotes and the confidence to turn any App into a compelling Yap.
Note: Learning this alone separates you from the 100s of UGC creators that are asking AI to write their scripts, reading them off a teleprompter app, and hoping a brand pays them again. They’re cooked.
What you walk away with:A personal story bank, how to engineer your stories into engaging narratives, and five proven storytelling frameworks to make any app go viral.
“What do marketing managers want to see on my UGC portfolio?” Well, since I run brand budgets, I know exactly what gets ruthlessly judged in a brand’s private Slack channel the second your link gets clicked. We’ll take that insider info (not to be confused with insider trading) and use it to hyper-curate your portfolio.
You’ll “coincidentally” be checking every hidden box a marketing manager is looking for and be an easy “yes,” even if you don’t have a massive case study yet. By the end of this week you’ll have a targeted UGC brand list and the start of your portfolio.
What you walk away with:A targeted list of UGC brands that are paying creators in your niche and a portfolio that’s been personally vetted by me.
Audacity is a choice. But it’s also a skill. You will learn to build a premium UGC offer that gnaws at the upper limits of what you think you deserve as a creator. I'll show you how to re-package your portfolio so you can ask for premium prices without hesitating.
I can feel your resistance. But think for a sec: aren’t brands making more money because of your videos? So why are you acting like they’re doing you a favor?? You’ll master how to price with audacity, stop scope creep from eating your free time, and make a brand think you’re the greatest thing since sliced bread.
What you walk away with:Your custom premium offer for brands, and 5 of my personal contract templates that will protect you and maximize your hourly rate.
Trigger warning: can I be real with you for a second? no creator wants to spend their life sucking up to brands for a deal worth crumbs. $100? $200?? In this economy? Go fuck yourself.
Our goal is to reverse this dynamic. I’ve been the person on the other side of these pitches, controlling budgets and deciding which creators get hired and fired.
So I’ll teach you how to build a brand and app list where you have leverage, how to write DMs and emails that have high response rates, understand how marketing managers actually evaluate you, and how to negotiate like a seasoned veteran. By the end of this week, you’ll be standing on business instead of immediately lowering your prices and shitting yourself.
You’re the prize lol. It’s time to start acting like it.
What you walk away with:Mindset shift on pricing with pure audacity, you'll get the word-for-word emails & DMs that I use to get brands to respond, and we'll run through every negotiating scenario so you're ready to stand on business.
Landing your first $1,000 UGC retainer might feel like your first kiss. But turning one brand into $12K of annual work is where all this starts feeling a little sprinkle sprinkle “magical.”
We’ll cover the $1K/month to $12K Annual Renewal Playbook: exactly how and when to bring up renewals, what to say when you’re getting shitty results (it happens), and how to strategically pitch the next creative angle before the brand even has to ask.
What you walk away with:The exact annual renewal script and strategy to transition a one-off gig into a $12K relationship.
Included for free.
Get the exact 5 email templates I use to contact brands (with an 85% positive reply rate), along with the system to convert those responses into paid UGC deals on autopilot.

Each one comes with a story framework so you can copy exactly what works.

Be first in line for direct placement consideration for consumer apps and brands in Raza's network
Fall is critical for you if you’re serious about this. Back-to-school is when consumer apps go on a creator hiring spree: AI note-takers, study tools, campus apps. They all launch in waves every fall and pour insane budgets into UGC to capture the college market.
Your biggest window to land these brands is in the next 6 to 12 weeks.
This founding price is strictly for this cohort. As a founding member, you’re getting exclusive, one-on-one coaching with me to ensure we set the standard. Once this cohort wraps, the price goes up. It will never be this low again.
There are only 8 spots because I pride myself on keeping this extremely hands-on. I run the live sessions, give personalized feedback, and do every portfolio audit myself. I know exactly how much attention I can give before this turns into another giant community where nobody knows your name and you feel stranded. I won't let that happen.
Or 2 payments of $547.
Our guarantee is simple.
EligibilityAttend live or watch at least 90% of the sessions and submit the required workshop submissions on time.
OutcomeIf you somehow don't make your $997 back through UGC deals by the end of week six, you get a free spot in every future cohort until you do. I'll personally help you land the deals that get you there.
Great question. This isn't a passive UGC course. It's a hands-on, six-week cohort. Most UGC courses are taught by creators who got lucky once or twice. Or coaches who used to work at an agency but never actually made content as a creator. I've been both, for a very long time.
I'm the person brands pay to hire creators. Yes, it is an unfair advantage, and I want to pass it on to you. But don't take it from me...
I want to work with 8 of you who will take this seriously. Whether that means quitting your 9 to 5, funding your creator career, or using your spare time to rake in a little extra dough.
Here’s the one thing I can promise: this program will break your brain a little. Once you see what consumer apps and brands actually pay UGC creators who can yap, and how those deals get structured behind the scenes, you can’t unsee it.
Still hesitant? Good. You should be. I've been hesitant every single time I've bought a program. Is this just another larper? Another UGC course bro? Another guru? It's a shame that's what this space has become.
But I want to remind you: if you qualify for the Stay Until It Pays Guarantee and don’t make your $997 back through UGC deals by the end of week six, you’ll get a free spot in every future cohort until you do. I’ll personally help you get there.
I have creator friends who saw some of the resources in this cohort, after years of doing content full time, and it BAFFLES them. They were sold the same old lie as everyone else: that only the big creators get the big deals. I have to gently break the news to them that the space has long changed, and the money in UGC is abundant if you know where to look.
I coached some of them on the first version of Yapping College (before it was even called that) and they are now closing in on a million followers and multiple deals.
You don't need to want to become a full-time creator. You don't even need to care about making UGC beyond the money.
But you do need to see what the next level looks like before it can start to feel possible for you.
That's what this program will help expose you to.
So if you're ready to take this seriously and take the next step in your UGC journey, apply to join.
Apply for Fall CohortThe Founding Cohort kicks off on September 8th and runs for six weeks. We meet twice a week: YAP Labs on Tuesdays and Deal Desks on Thursdays at 12 PM Central (the schedule graphic above auto-converts to your timezone). And yes, everything is recorded if you can't make it live.
About five hours a week. That includes the live lectures, workshop exercises, and time to record your videos and complete the outreach.
Yes. All prices are in USD. You can pay $997 in full or choose two payments of $547.
Applying is free and creates no payment obligation. I personally review every application, so give me a few days after you submit yours. If you qualify for a spot, you'll receive an email with private payment instructions to join.
We highly recommend attending live because that's where you get the most out of me and the group. But if life happens, it still counts toward the guarantee as long as you watch the replay and complete the related workshop submission.
That’s exactly who this is built for. If you’ve never made any content at all, wait for a future cohort.
No. Brands hire for the quality of your work, not your follower count. Justin started with less than 5,000 followers, and Nausicaa had less than 500 on TikTok.
No. Most of the time, you'll make a separate account using your own name and face, but dedicated specifically to the brand. Some brands will just have you create the ads for them to post. Either way, you don't need to use your personal TikTok or IG to succeed with Yapping UGC.
That's totally fine. Yapping is a universal communication skill. Once you learn the storytelling frameworks, you can apply them to tech apps, wellness products, finance tools, or even your own business and personal brand.
Yes. Brands hire globally for UGC because they need diverse accents, backgrounds, and locations to run organic content and ads in different markets.
A smartphone. Week 1 includes a smartphone-only setup lesson.
Simple. Attend live or watch at least 90% of the sessions and submit the required workshop submissions on time. If you somehow don't make your $997 back through UGC deals by the end of week six, you get a free spot in every future cohort until you do. I'll personally help you land the deals that get you there.
You get lifetime access to the Yapping College community. You can continue chatting with other creators, and I'll keep updating the tools. When I have brand opportunities for the community, existing members will get access to those too.
No. We show you the exact rubric we use to evaluate your work throughout the program. If your work meets the standard, you’ll be invited onto the roster. I need to be confident putting my name behind your work before I pitch you to brands.
